First SnowFall in Quincy 2013

There have been light dustings in few parts of Massachusetts but not in Quincy.  I know a couple of years ago, we had snow Halloween night and last year we had that massive snowstorm where the governor declared only essential employees report to work!

Here's Josh! Hope you are having a wonderful time with your families my dear readers!

Snow in December

Late Saturday, snow came to New England. I was sleeping this whole time. I worked 2 shifts Friday before and gone straight to Chris' Lego Robotics Qualifying in Quincy. Needless to say, there were many geeks and overly excited parents.
Sunday morning, after the kids' religious class ( why they call it religious school here, i do not know), I let them play in the snow. We savored frozen pizza thereafter. It's nice to be around family, just relaxing with a cup of hot chocolate, well tea for me and watching TV marathons. By the way, we finished putting up our Christmas tree too. I loved how the kids remembered all little stories how we got the trinkets. It warms my heart that even though we have just a tiny tree and not so expensive decors, it has meaning to them. So here's a short clip of the snowplay and Christmas tree lighting 2009!
